Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Koko Beauty Essentials, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Check Spam for Updates

When you place an order with your email and/or phone number, those contact details will be used to send shipping updates and any updates about your order(s). Please make sure to mark "hello@kokobeautyessentials.com" as a safe sender, so your updates can go directly into your inbox. For those who place an order ONLY with their mobile number, make sure to watch out for a text from our system. If the text lands in your phone's spam folder, make sure to mark it as "safe" so you can receive updates on your order.

Late or Missing Packages

We use USPS for shipping our packages. Often USPS will mark things as "delivered" but sometimes the package will be delivered the next day. If that is the case, please wait 24 hours to see if your package was delivered. 

If an item has been marked as "delivered" and it is still missing, even after waiting 24 hours, please reach out to us at hello@kokobeautyessentials.com. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.

We try our best to make sure that orders get to our customers safely. Please be on the lookout for your order updates, and if your order is missing even after being marked delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of being marked delivered so we can file a claim with USPS on your behalf. The quicker you let us know, the quicker we can help!

After 7 days of your package being marked "delivered" and it is still missing, it is now up to the customer to file a claim. Please use the details below for assistance:

Unverified Addresses

We may cancel orders if an address cannot be verified by our shipping system. Our shipping system cross-references addresses based on a database of postal addresses. If it cannot be verified, we will try reaching out via email or phone (based on the contact information found on your order). If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, will will cancel the order.


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For weekdays, orders that are placed before 3 PM EST may get processed and shipped that same day. For weekends (Saturdays only), orders that are placed before 8 AM EST may get processed and shipped that same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Koko Beauty Essentials, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. When placing an order, please ensure the address is accurate to avoid packages being returned to us.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please make sure to check your spam for an email from hello@kokobeautyessentials.com if you did not receive your purchase detail email from us. Add hello@kokobeautyessentials.com to your safe senders list so you always get the updates for your order(s).


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Koko Beauty Essentials, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


Koko Beauty Essentials, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If possible, make sure to take pictures of how the package was delivered and how the products were damaged.



Koko Beauty Essentials, LLC currently does not ship outside the U.S. (Updated 02/13/2024)
